Cancellation Policy
The $100.00 scheduling fee is non-refundable and required to secure your appointment time. If after your consultation with Dr. Godwin you decide to proceed with surgery this fee will be applied towards your surgical costs.
We require a 2-day notice of cancellation prior to your appointment. We are happy to reschedule your appointment outside of the 2-day period, simply call the office and any of our friendly staff will assist you. If you cancel within the 2-days prior to your appointment you will forfeit your $100.00 fee. These policies are necessary to allow us time to fill your cancelled spot and to provide an appointment to another patient.
